Writing in the English language

English is one communication-language within Europe and other continents. Please be always aware that writing English makes it very easy for native English writers, but very hard for all others to communicate on the same level. So non-native-English writers should be supported in communication. Forms of supports are:

  • Write short mails

  • Write in short sentences

  • Use plain English

  • Do not use slang

  • Do not use abbreviations (except well-known ones like ENUSP, WNUSP, WHO, USA, UN)

  • Put a short summary in front of your document, when you wrote a long mail.
